David X. ★★★★★

Finally, a center column that actually locks tight without any wobble—the locking system on this thing is rock solid. I swapped it onto my travel tripod and the 90-degree tilt feature makes overhead shots so much easier.

Eli ★★★★★

The magnesium alloy build feels noticeably lighter than the stock column I replaced, and the locking system holds my camera rock steady even fully extended. Being able to rotate it 90 degrees for straight-down shots has been surprisingly handy for flat-lay photos.

Andrew B. ★★★★★

Swapped this onto my tripod for overhead flat-lay shots and the 90-degree lock holds firm with my camera and a heavy lens. The magnesium alloy feels solid without adding much weight, and the 1/4" screw threaded on without any adapter fuss.
