Rode SM4R Boompole/Mic Stand Shock Mount

The SM4-R is a suspension shock mount for mounting RØDE shotgun and small-diaphragm studio microphones onto a stand or boompole with 3/8-inch or ⅝-inch thread. The SM4-R is equipped with dual Rycote® Lyre® mounts to ensure maximum isolation from any handling vibrations, four possible mounting points to suit the complete range of compatible RØDE shotgun microphones, and an integrated cable management clip.

RODE SM4-R Overview

The SM4-R Suspension Shockmount from Rode is for mounting various Rode microphones onto a mic stand or boompole with a 3/8 or 5/8" thread. It is built with dual Rycote Lyre mounts and provides maximum isolation from any handling vibrations when mounted.

Featuring four possible mounting points to suit the complete range of compatible Rode on-camera microphones, the shock mount also has an integrated cable management clip. It is compatible with the M5, NT5, NT55, NTG1, NTG2, NTG3, NTG4, and NTG4+ microphones.
