I needed this adapter to mount a video light onto my tripod, and it threaded on smoothly without any cross-threading. The metal build feels solid enough for studio use, and the light weight doesn't add noticeable bulk.

I needed a solid adapter to mount my video light onto a different stand, and this little metal piece does exactly that with no wobble. The threads are smooth and catch perfectly every time.

The silver plating looks sharp and hasn't scratched after a few weeks of swapping between my tripod and light stand. It threads on smoothly and feels sturdy enough for heavier gear, so I'm glad I grabbed this instead of a plastic one.
